Biking Back 2 Life!

Hello & Welcome to Syncdicate page. This page is dedicated to Mountain Biking enthusiasts and as well as my biking mates. I am back here at KL and I am ready to ride again! The story begins...

During the flight back to KUL to work, I was so exited to start biking again when I saw some nice mountain bike pics of in-flight mags!

The first step to restart my favourite sport is to bring back my old soft-tail red/white bike to the city! Unfortunately, I tested the old bike and found out that my current body size is too BIG for the old baby. Hard to manuever hey!

Should I just get a new bike? or Should I spend another 1.5K just to customize another bike just like this red/white baby? So I decided to have lower budget this time with something branded. I never expect something good to come as my budget is low.

Well to be honest, It's quite funny riding bikes for more than 14 years without having the chance to get a light-weight bike with a nicely fit geometry! All the while, I have been using OEM bikes which are cheaper and reliable!

Planning after planning and visiting so many shops around with my colleague Mr. Chow, I finally gave up to re-customized a bike because I don't want to spend so much for OEM thingy again!

At last, I just bought a new bike (T-Bolt) with additional frameset! I then transfer the Fuji Frameset to replace T-Bolt's carbon fibered frame.

The result? Awesome! I get a wonderful racing-geometried FUJI Tahoe SL 2007 bike! It weighs just slightly less than 13.8kg!

FYI: The Fuji bike listed on website cost >RM3K while I spent only less than $2K ... see the savings?
